  1. Importing Excel order form

    Step 1: 1. Click (Start here) from the menu to log into one of the Chase accounts.

    Click the "Load Order

    Step 2. 2. Click LOAD ORDER FORM to import an orderform spreadsheet.

    3. Click SEND CREDIT CARD DATA to send the credit card info to the terminal.

    4. Click SETTINGS If the username or password changes with Chase, update the credentials and save.

  2. One Time Pin

    Step 1. If a one-time PIN is required, the app will automatically enter the PIN. Please be patient, as it takes a couple of minutes for the PIN to come from Chase. (*Note: It may not make a report for missing PO numbers if there are none.)
